* Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
* To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
* Please include your Order ID and clear photos of the product.
* After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
* Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
* Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.
